This Springfield School is a co-educational, independent, boarding school located in Springfield, Massachusetts. The school challenges students to explore intellectual and artistic possibilities, debate
differences of opinion, question assumptions, and take the types of risks that help them to grow into informed, involved, articulate, and self-confident adults. This Springfield School enrolls approximately 225 students each year, with approximately 25 of these being
international students.

This Springfield School is located on 13 acres of land in the historic residential district of Maple Hill in Springfield, Massachusetts. Downtown Springfield is within walking
distance, and students will find museums, a theater, symphony orchestra, a large public library, and a civic center in the city. The school is 25 miles from Hartford, 90 miles from Boston, and 150 miles from New York City. Students will find this area to be a culturally rich environment that has both the advantages of historic country life and modern city life.
