The School is an Episcopalian, all-girls, Boarding school located in Stevenson, Maryland. the School attempts to sustain a predominately female culture whose hallmarks are caring, challenge, collaboration, competition and an interest in developing each girl to her fullest potential, as well as providing a moral context that will serve them all their lives. The girls' school environment affirms and encourages young women in their capacities as confident individuals, leaders, and agents for social change. The School enrolls 145 students each year with approximately 24 students being from countries outside the United States of America.
L O C A T I O N
The School is in an ideal location for the international student as it is situated 20 minutes from the Inner Harbor of Baltimore and one hour from Washington, D.C. Students are offered a full array of activities each and every weekend as the school frequently takes students to see plays and musicals in the city, art museums, as well as to nearby cities such as Annapolis, Philadelphia and New York. As it is located so close to some of the United States' most famous cities, the school allows the students an excellent opportunity to experience many of the countries cultural and historical treasures.

There is no formal dress code at the school, however, students are required to dress in a neat and clean manner.
H O U S I N G
Students attending the School will live on campus in residential dormitories. A local contact person will be appointed to oversee the student and the residential program for the duration of the students' stay in the United States.

Female Students attending the School are able to participate in the following interscholastic sports: Badminton, Basketball, Competitive Riding, Cross-Country, Dance, Field Hockey, Golf, Ice Hockey, Indoor Soccer, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Squash, Tennis and Volleyball.
