This High School is a Catholic, co-educational, day school located in Merrillville, Indiana. Students learn easily at this school through a hands on approach that inspires and encourages while increasing confidence at all levels. Students are encouraged to take an active part in their learning through the creative and caring attention administered by the teachers. The collective goal is to build a foundation and a curiosity that will last a lifetime. This High School enrolls 690 students each year with approximately 5 students being from countries outside of the USA.

This High School is located in an ideal area for international students. The school is located less than 20 miles from the shores of Lake Michigan which offers students the opportunity to experience wonderful beaches and exciting water sports and activities. The city of Chicago is only about 35 miles to the west. Chicago offers students the chance to experience the cultural and recreational opportunities offered in a big city environment.

This High School requires students to wear official school uniforms. Male students should wear Navy or Khaki pants or shorts with Polo Shirts, or Sweaters. Female students should wear Skirts or shorts. Uniforms can be purchased upon arrival.
H O U S I N G
Students attending this High School will be placed with carefully selected host families in and around the Mishawaka area. A local contact person will be appointed to oversee the student and the host family for the duration of the student’s stay in the United States.
